Sauurabh’s Journey
From Student to Award-Winning Entrepreneur
Arriving in the UK as a student, Sauurabh pursued his Master’s in International Hospitality Management at the University of Derby. To support himself, he worked in cafes and restaurants, gaining firsthand experience in the industry. But beneath the surface, a fear lingered: What if I lose my job?

Rather than waiting for fate to decide his future, he took a bold step. In 2019, with the unwavering support of his family, he launched Chakra Lounge in Buxton, Derbyshire, a space that reflected his passion for hospitality, culture, and great food.

Everyone around him discouraged the idea. They said the economy wasn’t great, that starting a business was risky. But Sauurabh saw an opportunity where others saw uncertainty. He trusted his instincts and took the plunge, purchasing his first café.

Expanding Against the Odds
The entrepreneurial road was anything but smooth.
​​
2020: While most businesses were struggling due to economic uncertainty, Saurabh saw a window of opportunity. He opened another Chakra Lounge in Sheffield, securing lower prices at a time when the market was down.
​
2021: With deep industry knowledge and a keen eye for growth, he acquired a restaurant called Hydro, a place he had worked in before. He saw untapped potential. However, unforeseen circumstances hit the building, which was on the verge of collapse. He had no choice but to shut down. The financial burden was immense.
​
2022: Despite setbacks, he forged ahead. He launched another Chakra Lounge in Bakewell, which is now thriving and proof that perseverance always pays off.
Turning Setbacks into Opportunities
Success doesn’t come without its share of failures. Just a year after buying his café, The Hydro, disaster struck, and the building was declared unsafe, wiping out his investment overnight. But instead of giving up, Sauurabh saw an opportunity. He salvaged the furniture and kitchen equipment, found a new location, and built a better, more successful café.

His ability to think fast, take calculated risks, and turn adversity into opportunity is what makes him different from other business coaches. His journey is a testament to the fact that failure is not the end; it's a redirection to something greater.
